Right to Object: You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you, which is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and not used for direct marketing purposes.
In the case of direct marketing, you can object to the processing at any time without providing reasons.

Our legitimate interest in processing is to communicate with you quickly and to respond to your inquiries cost-effectively. If you provide us with your address, we reserve the right to use it for postal direct marketing. Our legitimate interest is the public exchange of user opinions on specific topics and products. The publication serves, among other things, transparency and opinion formation. Your interest in data protection is preserved as you can publish your comment under a pseudonym.
- Storage Duration
A specific storage period is not provided. You can request the deletion of your comment at any time.
- Right to Object

- Right to Rectification
If the information concerning you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request rectification under Art. 16 GDPR.
- Right to Erasure
You can request the deletion of your personal data under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR.
- Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request the restriction of processing under the conditions of Art. 18 GDPR.
- Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another data controller under Art. 20 GDPR.
- Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to data protection at any time under Art. 7(3) GDPR. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of your residence, workplace, or the location of the alleged infringement under Art. 77 GDPR.
Please also note your right to object under Art. 21 GDPR:
a) General: justified objection required
If the processing of personal data concerning you is
- based on our overriding legitimate interest (legal basis according to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or
- in the public interest (legal basis according to Art. 6(1)(e) GDPR),
you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions.
In the event of an objection, we will no longer process the personal data concerning you unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
b) Special case of direct marketing: simple objection is sufficient
If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time without providing reasons; this also applies to profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
